The new show “Agatha All Along” is here, released on September 18, 2024.
This show is a sequel to another Marvel show called “WandaVision.” “WandaVision” follows characters Wanda Maximoff and Vision living an idyllic, suburban life in the town of Westview, blending classic TV sitcom styles. As they navigate through different decades, they begin to suspect that things are not as they seem.
“Agatha All Along” picks up with Agatha Harkness, played by Kathryn Hahn, who is under a spell that she does not yet understand. She later encounters a teenage boy, played by Joe Locke, whose name we do not get to know, as he has been hexed by another witch making him unable to say his name. Agatha finds the teen breaking into her house. Later on, the teen breaks Agatha’s curse, and they both make a deal to go to the Witches’ Road, a path to gain the power they both need.
To access the Witches’ Road, they must form a coven, a group of witches who meet to practice witchcraft. They gather four witches who also seek the power of the Witches’ Road. “Together they set out” on the Witches’ Road, ready to change their fate and claim their desires.
The show then dives deeper into Agatha’s backstory exploring her past and how she became the powerful witch seen in “WandaVision.” It also introduces new mystical elements and characters from the Marvel universe, expanding on the lore and magic that fans love.
This show is amazing to watch with family or friends, as it has funny moments and spooky ones. This is a must-watch, filled with eerie magic, ghosts, possessions, potion-making, and ouija board sessions. Witches flying on brooms, and the Salem 7, a coven of 7 witches, will send chills down your spine.
One negative thing about “Agatha All Along” is that it is only on Disney+, but you don’t have to watch “WandaVision” to understand the story.
If you enjoy shows like”’Chilling Adventures of Sabrina” or “American Horror Story: Coven,” you’ll likely find “Agatha All Along” is a thrilling series that blends supernatural elements with a touch of humor, making it a must-watch for fans.
