Senior pictures are due December 6th at any time of day. There are plenty of places in Sterling, Rock Falls, and Dixon to take your pictures. They all offer plenty of parks. The downtowns are very scenic locations due to their old buildings.
All three cities have a beautiful riverfront that you could use for your pictures. You need special requirements for your senior photos. You need only headshots, no full body shots at all.
You also need to make sure the pictures have no watermarks from your photographer. If there are watermarks then you need to ask your photographer to fix it or it can’t be used. The photo must be vertical, not horizontal and landscape orientation.
You must discuss that with your photographer beforehand. Make sure every photo has color, it won’t be accepted if the photo has no color. The last requirement is that you can’t take selfies and screenshots.
You would need to download the photos straight from the drive and turn those in. The screenshots quality would not look good and all and it won’t be accepted. For the file format type it has to be JPG or JPEG.
You can’t take a body shot then zoom in off the body shot because it wouldn’t change the quality. If you have your senior photos done and ready to turn in, you need to email it to [email protected]. When you are turning it in you need to name it with your last name then first name.jpg.
For example “SmithJohn.jpg” would be how you want to name it. If you have any questions you can email [email protected].
