Senior class play senior assassin to end year

Senior+class+play+senior+assassin+to+end+year

As seniors wrap up their final year of high school, a nationwide trend has become a popular activity to end their final days with some fun.

Senior Assassin is the game and the activity is all run through an app called “Splashin”, which keeps it all organized. Each player is assigned one target per round. Each round lasts a week and participants have that whole week to try and “assassinate” their targets. Participants are only allowed to use water guns to hit their target and have immunity if they have a pair of goggles on their heads or an inflated floaty on their bodies. This game is not being directly associated with SHS.

Senior Emily Loftgren States, “I saw a bunch of other schools doing it on social media and I decided that it would be a good idea for our class. I did it so that we could create tighter bonds with one another. I feel like a lot of people have enjoyed getting people out with water guns and many are motivated to win the prize at senior sunset!”

For Sterling High School, senior class president Emily Lofgren took on the role of organizer.

Players are not allowed to assassinate their target on school grounds or at work, other than that it is fair game. It is a great way to end your senior year with some fun. It is a competitive game and very entertaining.

Participants must upload a video of their kill to the app, in order to eliminate their opponents. No evidence indicates no kill has taken place. Every player has their target location in the app to track them down and eliminate.

This app has the ability to randomly message the targets, without them knowing who their “assassin” is. Participants may taunt their targets the whole round, along with texting and informing in the main group chat with all players included.

Random immunity shields and revive packs can be dropped by the game leader anytime throughout the rounds, which gives players that have already been eliminated the chance to reenter the game.

Senior Ibraim Redzepi states, “I drove around at 10 o’clock at night trying to find a revive pack, that ended up being at Ms.Drews house, it was very frustrating seeing that someone had gotten to it before me”

Some players have bought the premium membership on the app, which allows participants to see all locations on the map and directions to your location. This app is used all throughout the country and has grown through TikTok and videos being uploaded everywhere.

Here at S.H.S. As we ended round one, 18 were eliminated with 49 remaining. Good luck to all participants.
