The Downfall of Kanye West

Kanye West went from being a great icon to his life falling into pieces. Many people wonder what went wrong and how he crashed so fast.

Kanye Omari West was born on June 8, 1977, in Atlanta, Georgia. He moved to Chicago at a young age, pursuing his dreams for music and eventually making his own shoes. He has won 22 Grammy awards. Currently, West has been getting a lot of attention recently for his antisemitic remarks.

West has caught the eye of the public by making offensive statements when talking about Jewish people, saying “The Jewish community, especially in the music industry…they’ll take us and milk us till we die.”

This is not the only reason why West is currently being heavily criticized by his fans and the media.

West has also been getting hate for wearing a “white lives matter” t-shirt. West has ruined his brand deals, his reputation, and is now being dropped by multiple companies because of his remarks. West went on to say how being dropped was the happiest day of his life, “That same day, Balenciaga was taking my imagery off of their site, and the Drinks Champs episode was being taken down. And I said, ‘This is the happiest day of my life.” West’s happy now because he no longer has to worry about getting warnings from people who sponsored him, and people who are in disagreement.

NFL player Aaron Donald has also decided to part ways with West’s Donda Sports. Donda Sports is a managing agency where players can represent themselves. Donald does not want to be associated with West anymore, so he pulled out and is no longer representing himself with Donda Sports.

In conclusion, West went from being one of the most iconic and successful artists and being in what we thought was a “happy” relationship with celebrity Kim Kardashian to being hated and looked down upon by the people of this society.

Actions have consequences. Now West has no brand deals and is losing money constantly. It will make it harder for other companies to want to sign a deal with him as his actions are erratic and irresponsible.
